I was born in Huila , well up on the mountain , formerly dedicated to the sawmill says Victor Barrera to tell his story. Then tells how his father bought the farm in EL Tesoro where now lives with his family and works with his brother Saul and is neighbors of the eldest brother ( Hernando ) .
In his biography , he says: When the farm was bought it had coffee already and we have always been growing coffee , first we had typica and caturra, that led us to bankruptcy and now we are growing tabi, because it is the only one that gives us better conditions.
El Tesoro is located at 1450 meters above sea level in the town of Palestine Department of Huila, there Victor and his family work with dedication to develop those special features that today we have the opportunity to enjoy:
Medium acidity and body with cedar and chocolate fragrances are characteristics that perfectly match with that lemongrass flavor and sugar cane aromas, leaving a citric aftertaste in your palate.
